Three real files from the full kit (14 files), each **trimmed to taste** — enough to
judge the quality, not enough to run your wall:

- `curation-SOP-SAMPLE.md` — Section 0 (the five rules that never bend) and Section 3
  (the approve-quality table) from `curation-SOP.md`, complete: every consent rule and
  every pass/fail check a quote must clear before it earns the wall. The ask templates
  (§2), the one-round edit-and-confirm loop (§4), the publish workflow (§5) and the
  maintenance passes (§6–7) are listed at the end so you know what the full SOP adds.
- `PLAYBOOK-14D-SAMPLE.md` — Phase 1 (days 1–2) of the day-by-day plan, complete with
  the "done when" gates: run the demo, then install the wall on your real site. Phases
  2–4 (the collection pipeline, publishing honestly, running it as an asset) are listed

- `testimonials-SAMPLE.json` — 2 of the 6 demo entries from `testimonials.json`,
  exactly in the feed format the widget reads (`quote` → `name` → `role` → `company` →
  `rating` → `source`). Valid JSON — it renders in the demo as-is. The full file shows
  what the format allows: lengths from 10 to 60 words, 4- and 5-star quotes, entries
  with and without a source link.
